Thank you for reviewing my portfolio. At my core, I'm a problem solver and a simplifier. I love the challenge of researching what needs to be taught to solve a business problem. Even more, I enjoy the puzzle of making a learning experience "sticky," so learners retain the knowledge and skills that make a difference in their performance and in an organization's bottom line. I spent years in software development working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to craft solutions, and I bring that same collaborative, results-focused approach to instructional design.
